The association with Tilgange Eye Centre goes back a long way and is based on the friendship, trust and understanding between the Third Jamgon Kongtrul Rinpoche (1954-1992) and Dr. Sanduk Ruit. They shared the same vision and commitment to the welfare of the under-privileged, poor and needy and the same ideal to mitigating cataract blindness among them.
